I love your blog.
I figured out this texting mode where I only have to push the letter once and the phone figures out the word for you. It took me a couple days to figure out how it worked. Now I'm a texting beast!
anyway that was random.
It's 95 degrees and I'm loving it. I decided that I wasn't going to complain about the heat. This is Seattle! It's only warm 3 months out of the year and though I'm not used to sweating constantly, I'm making an effort to embrace it while it's here.
I have morning practice till the end of August. This has been the warmest week this summer and we've moved practice from 9am to 8am so we will be done when temperatures just start to reach their peak. I ride the bus so I've been getting up at 6, catch the bus at 7, arrive at gym at 8... I've gotten used to sleeping on the bus, but I still try to sleep light because Seattle is sketchy.
G-town rocks. It has a lot of character. Punk is in. So are bikes.
two stories. what? See what I mean. Pretty sweet.Gym has been tough, but it's getting better. It was really nice to go on break and not have to worry about gymnastics for two weeks. It was torture to stay off my ankle for so long to let it heal a little bit. Now it's doing pretty well and I'm starting to ease onto it.
So far I have 3 people who have rsvp-ed to my "Sweet 16" Sufferfest. First was Lance Machovsky who will do it at his home in Bear Valley. Second was CrossFit Kids(who could actually be many people), and third was Justin Clark who wants to come do it with me at CF LiS! I haven't figured out what time on Sunday yet. Probably late morning.
Posting that up there was mostly a joke. I wasn't even sure if I was going to do that workout, but now people are taking me seriously, so I must do it. I'm sure it will be fun, knowing that I got other people to follow me along. I'm sure it will be the best birthday celebration I have ever had.
People must think I am extremely sick in the head...

you are sick in the head. (as in: "sick, dude!" i totally thought you were serious, but i like my atrophied life so i have a minimal frame of reference for what that workout really entails.
