Yesterday we spent Christmas Eve evening at Misuk's house enjoying pizza, beer and Christmas cheer.

We watched a not-so-family-safe comedy about hit-men with principles: In Bruges. It was a little bloody, but worth it.

Today we will be cooking and then enjoy a Georgian(the country) type feast. We won't be "doing" Christmas until Saturday when Acacia's friend from school will arrive.

Snow!!

Snow snow snow in Seattle! It's beautiful. The light was amazing just outside our house today and Acacia, Aimee and I crossed the street to a large empty field(apparently a toxic waste dump, oops) and rolled around in the snow and tooks some cool pictures. It's been freezing lately and the snow doesn't look like it's stopping anytime soon.

I performed in my first meet on Saturday. It was rather successful, though I still have so much room for improvement. I think I'm off to a good start. Along with the meet this last weekend I attended a small clinic that lasted over a couple of days. A judge by the name of Tammy Biggs ran it and they went over drills drills drills. My hips and ankles are very sore from the numerous leaps and turns. My body is definitely ready for the Holiday Break.

I had my first intersquad last Friday. I'm pretty satisfied with this good start to the season:
Vault: 9.05
Bars: 9.00(with a fall)
Beam: 8.1
Floor: 9.2

Minus the beam performance it was a solid meet. My first sanctioned meet is on Dec. 20.
