Hey everybody, I sent in a little bio to the CrossFit Media for the Games and they posted a profile. If you want to see it, the link is below.

I feel like a complete person
I coached my first day of camp today and I absolutely loved it:) There were four kids there ranging from 7-12 and I taught them so much. I'm stoked that I got to pass on what I know. I think I have a new passion.
I was in the gym from 9am-8pm. The camp was until four and I trained from four 'til eight. What a day! I'm doing this Monday Wednesday Friday this week and I hope I'll do more when I get back from CA. The Games are in two weeks:)
Anyway this post is very spontaneous. I just wanted to scream because I was happy. Thought I'd let you know.
Love you all

Acacia and Aimee in KC
Operation Seattle to KC 2008
There are so many pictures and mostly of landscapes. I'll just post a few of my favorites.

Goodbye Washington.
Palm trees? In Montana?

The sun rose as we entered Yellowstone National Park

Geysers! Geisers? Geesers? Geezers?

Acacia loved it:)

Old Faithful Geyser. Not so faithful. We were there a whole hour before it exploded and couldn't wait around because we had to get going. We grabbed some souveneir shop cafe and hit the road.
Breakfast
Passport stamp from a souveneir shop:)

The sun set as we ended our 14hr+ day in Buena Vista, Colorado. We met up with Acacia's friend Amy Laughlan and we chatted as we walked through the neighborhood in the dark.
Day 1: Seattle to Bozeman, MT
We crashed on Chris Robinson's livingroom floor. I conquered yet another CrossFit affiliate: Crossfit 4800, Bozeman. Chris served us rare cooked carne and veggies and we entertained eachother with pleasant conversation about books, movies, and life in general. Chris' nurse friend Jeane Hoffman from San Fran shared the evening with us.
Day 2: Bozeman to Buena Vista, CO
Day 3: Buena Vista to Kansas City, MI
In Kansas we saw signs saying "Come to our town to see the biggest groundhog in the world!" and "See a real rattlesnake!" and "Come see the 2 headed cow and 6 legged steer, Next Exit!" We weren't fooled but we got a good laugh out of it. Kansas isn't as boring as I thought. Mr Rundle told Aimee and I later that the tallgrass praire around Manhattan, Kansas is a rare geography and we also learned that about six inches under the prairie grass is solid limestone. That is why much of the land is not farmed.
We were a little bored because the road went on straight into infinity, so we didn't really take any good pictures.
We pulled up to the Rundle's residence in Kansas City at about 6 pm, Central time- stoked. Mrs Rundle stepped outside and warmly welcomed us into her home.

I'm back
Hey Everybody, Just wanted to let everybody in on what's going on. My trip was absolutely wonderful and once I organize all the pictures from the road I'll have that up real soon.
Tonight I am going to the beginning of the summer formal banquet for my gym team. There will be Italian catering, awards and playback videos from the season. I'm sure it will be fun.
Next week I will be coaching a little summer camp at my gym. It is a multi event gym camp so I will be watching kids at the pool at the park and the bowling alley, complete with arts and crafts and sugary snacks. Only five kids have signed up so it should be a breeze.
Also, starting the 25th, we're moving!! It's a town home a couple blocks away with three stories and a driveway(with space for CrossFit!). Aimee and Bethany will be moving in with us.
After next week, I think we'll be heading to California for the CrossFit Games. There has been so much talk about the event, it is going to be twice as big and they even put up a sight to psyche people up more: Here
So that's the news. Acacia's is in Georgia and it sounds like everything is going very well.
Happy Summer Solstice. Have a great weekend.

I went to Church.
Wow what a weekend. Acacia arrived in Seattle on Thursday, since then it's just been one thing after the other. On Saturday Papa took us to Second Ascent in Ballard and then we went to the U district to see Surfwise. It's the movie about the family of nine kids living in a 24 foot camper and their dad taking them surfing around the country and barely educating them. It was very fascinating
On Sunday I went to church. Acacia insisted on taking me to a little Korean church in the heart of Georgetown much to my consent. She convinced me and I ended up enjoying it immensely and realizing how deprived of fellowship I am. The main service had about 20 people and they all welcomed us warmly. I hope to return. That evening Acacia, Aimee and I went to the movie The Fall. It reminded me of House of Flying daggers in the way that the colors are so vivid. The story is very clever and reflects the imagination of an innocent child so well that it brought me to tears. hMMM.
After the movie Aimee treated Acacia and I to Brasa Lamburgers. Yah... wow... amazing. We chatted with Brasa manager Briana(sp) over our food, and Aimee told us how much her social confidence has improved since she started working there. We are all proud of her. We stuffed ourselves.
It's Monday now. I'm skipping gymnastics for a running clinic at CrossFit Eastside. I'm excited because my form will be critiqued. I get to ride the bus to Kirkland for an appointment with my trusted chiropractor Neno Pribic before the clinic.
I'm leaving for Missouri on Friday. I'll be doing a lot of mapquesting and packing this week. I'm very content. Gus Gus is cool. So is Calamari.
