Time goes by...

Every morning when I wake up and dread my training. "Oh shucks I'm so tired." But when I get out there and do my stuff, I find so much joy in it. Even though it's painful to work hard and push myself, I just love how it pays off. Training, training, and more training. That's my life right now.

I've done two meets since my last post. One in Clovis and the other in San Jose. Cloves was ok. Wasn't the best meet cause I sprained my ankle that Friday(Feb 9). I ended up doing all four events but fell twice on beam and ended up with an all around score of 33.25. Placed 4th on Bars even with some technical difficulties, and 6th AA.

San Jose(Feb 24) went great. I was so much more mentally physically and spiritually prepared for it. the meet was called the Spirit of the Flame Challenge and is a very popular meet in the US. There were gyms from all ofer the country. It actually ended up being my best competitive performance:
Bars- 9.2;) tied for second
Beam- 8.8 I stayed on! I've made lots of great improvements on this event since the beginning of season.
Floor- 8.875 I was stoked about this routine cause of the improvements I've made;)
Vault- 8.475 I did a front handspring vault which had a 9.0 start value. I'm hoping to compete my Tsukahara next weekend.
I placed 6th All Around with a 35.35;)

My next meet is in Mtn View on March 4.

School is going good. Pretty much just doing math right now. It's fascinating as usual. I've been doing a lot of Graphing and Trig. Doubt the world cares, but it's fun;) I really should do some more organized writing, but we really don't have a plan for assignments yet.

Nature is wonderful. The sky is pretty clear right now but it rained hard and hailed last night. Everything's green, except the trees which are bare, And there are buds in the garden, and I really want to fantasize like I do... I feel like once the vineyards get leaves I want to go roam in the fields and read and imagine if there was anyway God could make the world more beautiful.
