Just thought I'd mention that.

If your wondering what relevence the Martian and the verse have, I would be wondering too. I'm mentioning this cause I think it has a strong message. I don't know what persective your coming from and I don't know if I'm gonna offend anyone. I'm just saying this the way I see it.

Honestly the person I am is so far from the person I wish to be that I have no clue where I'm going or how I'm gonna get there. All I'm allowed to know is my final destination. My only job is to keep my eyes intently on that place, so that I'm forced to place the journey in God's hands.
"Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self- controlled; set your hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed." 1 Peter 1:13
Our inheritance is in Heaven and that's the Living Hope. That's what God calls us to keep our eyes on.

I understand that the word Holy means "set apart" and when God says "Be Holy because I am Holy" It means be set apart from the rest of the world; be alien. When we go on this journey we must be made holy by the precious blood of Christ and then the Father would be more than happy to take our lives in his hands. Amen to that;)

Oh how I love Marvin Martian. We have so much in common:)
