I'm really pooped. I've been doing some really intense working out lately. I used to think that working out was the stupidest thing ever. I mean... I've been a gymnast for uhhh... about 5 years now, and I always thought that if you just got out and excercised a bit you'd be really fit and strong. Umm I was kinda wrong. Yah, so just last year I started this fitness program with my family called CrossFit. It's a really intense combination of metobolics, gymnastics, and weightlifting. It really raises your heart rate, and almost makes you want to puke sometimes. I'm serious. Really serious. :| This picture is kinda the "mascot" of the CrossFit program. His name is Pukie, Pukie the Clown. Friends, this is Pukie. Pretty repulsive huh?
CrossFit has really helped me and my siblings in sports and training. Greg Glassman, the creator of this suicidal progam(hehe) , is one of my top role models. He changed so many people's lives, just by explaining and literally showing the meaning of fitness. It's pretty much awesome!
